After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient to you and the stylist of your choice.
If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice or you will be charged in full for the missed service.
Green Twig Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for items left behind after a visit to the salon.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please return within one week of purchase for store credit. We cannot give cash refunds for returned merchandise, gift cards or services. Cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included with any service or gift card. You may include gratuities at checkout.
